On July 18th about 44 members of 35 Technology Partners around the world gathered in Munich for UTPP17 – the get together of the Unify Technology Partner Program members. In a relaxed atmosphere, supported by coffee and pastries the participants met for first talks.
Day 1 – All About Us
After a warm welcome by Luzia Stephan and Jan Hickisch, Bernd Wagner (CEO Germany) opened the meeting with the lecture “Unify within Atos & Digital Workplace. He actively presented the digital workplace and the value of Unify which complements the Atos portfolio. Especially his statement that the integration of the Digital Workplace solutions from Unify helped Atos to rise into the leader’s area of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, was very well received by the partners.
The day continued with the following presentations:

Content Slam & Panel Discussion
Next topic on the packed agenda was the “Content Slam”. Frog Design, BusinessCom and the “Digital City of Munich” presented the topic “People Things Data” under their special point of view and intrest. The audience was very impressed by the different views and shared expertise by each presenter.
After a long day and many interesting session, the participants enjoyed a very informative “cycling tour” through “Englischer Garten” while getting themselves tuned in towards the upcoming dinner in the beer garden. The “Bike & Dine Evening Event” took place at “Aumeister” with a buffet and a cozy get-together with very tasty and traditional Bavarian food and beverages.
Day 2 – Great you are back!
The second day was dedicated to solution scenarios and the “Workplace of Tomorrow”. Divided into groups, the partners learned about “the applications of today” and “the scenarios of tomorrow“.
Three Scenarios – One Solution: Unify
After an interesting session about the health care workplace by Sebastian Gerbholz and a discussion on connecting points to OpenScape Business with the product managers Rolf Müller and Michael Trotz, Martina Beck shared interesting application examples from the daily life with Circuit.
Workplace of Tomorrow – Inspirations for your Digital Journey
Our experts presented demos, live show cases and exiting integrations including “Circuit – OpenScape Alarm Response integration” presented by Technology Partner Tetronik, several Circuit bots and hands-free scenarios e.g. Circuit controlled by Alexa and finally exciting Circuit Meeting Room use cases.
Wrap Up & Lunch
After the interesting “Workplace of Tomorrow” showcases in the morning all participants joined the “Wrap Up and Lunch” session close to the Highlight Towers in Munich.
The partners were extremely satisfied with the content, the ambience and the presentation of the event and shared this very patiently with the organizers.
